Learning Manager

About the role

Park Hyatt Chennai is seeking a Learning Manager to lead the training function within its Human Resources division. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality learning experiences that align with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, while supporting employee growth and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Learning & Development department.
• Design, implement and evaluate training programs that meet the needs of staff, guests and owners.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards and corporate HR policies.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
• Maintain training records and generate performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development, Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager in a large‑scale operation.
• Strong presentation, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
