Learning Experience & Implementation Lead (Bilingual)

About the role

The Learning Experience & Implementation Lead will drive the delivery of digital learning programs across global markets, ensuring they meet strategic objectives and learner outcomes. This 12‑month full‑time contract role blends program management, partner enablement and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of digital learning programs across global markets, from design through onboarding, execution and reporting.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and risk‑mitigation strategies, coordinating content, platform, operations and regional teams.
• Execute deployment of learning experiences through partner organisations, ensuring alignment with global strategy and market needs.
• Serve as primary contact for partners, driving onboarding, enablement and ongoing operational support while maintaining strong relationships with NPOs, educational institutions and government entities.
• Define, track and report on KPIs such as learner engagement, completions, certifications and partner performance, analysing data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Provide partners with tools, resources and best practices to maximise program impact and support their success.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one of Spanish, French, German or Portuguese.
• Proven experience in managing learning or training programs, project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills for partner and internal collaboration.
