Learning & Development Trainer – Global Training

About the role

ICG Medical is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to design and deliver high‑impact training programs for its global sales and operations teams. The role focuses on turning business needs into engaging learning experiences that boost performance and accelerate new‑starter productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify capability gaps and translate them into practical learning solutions aligned with business goals.
• Design and deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and e‑learning programs, including onboarding, orientation, and job‑specific interventions.
• Partner with stakeholders, operational leaders, and subject‑matter experts to keep content relevant and up‑to‑date.
• Measure learning effectiveness through feedback, data analysis, and business impact metrics.
• Manage learning schedules, attendance records, and support L&D project execution.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Training, L&D or Talent Development.
• Mandatory international or global training experience.
• Proven ability to deliver both in‑person and virtual training sessions.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, Business Administration, Education, Psychology or a related field.
