Learning & Development Team Member

About the role

The Learning & Development (L&D) Team Member will support the VRM channel by delivering training, building trainer capability, updating content, and maintaining training data. This role works closely with VRM Partner L&D teams, content owners, and operational stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver induction, refresher, skill‑builder, assessment and product/process update sessions for the VRM cohort.
• Create and publish monthly training calendars and dashboards for all stakeholders.
• Coordinate trainer availability, manage physical and virtual session logistics, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Conduct train‑the‑trainer workshops and develop tele‑calling skill modules for internal VRM teams.
• Perform periodic training quality audits and use feedback to close knowledge gaps.
• Collaborate with the ABCDL Content team to keep product and process content current and act as the single point of contact for content queries.
• Maintain a central repository of all training data, support monthly dashboard publication, and follow up with regional teams for timely data collection.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training programs, preferably in a call‑center or similar environment.
• Ability to design and facilitate train‑the‑trainer sessions.
• Strong organizational skills for calendar planning and logistics coordination.
• Experience managing training data and producing analytical dashboards.
