Learning & Development Manager (AI-focused)

About the role

Snapmint is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to design, implement, and evaluate AI‑first training programs that boost employee skills, performance, and career growth. The role works closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an integrated learning strategy embedding AI, operational intelligence, and capability‑building across core business functions.
• Partner with teams to understand workflows, identify skill gaps, and prioritize high‑impact training aligned with business goals.
• Create structured onboarding, functional, and AI‑literacy training programs and manage end‑to‑end delivery (scheduling, communications, logistics, execution).
• Implement and run the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure consistent outcomes.
• Demonstrate how training investments close skill gaps and drive measurable business results.
• Build strong partnerships with department heads and external trainers/content providers to ensure quality and smooth delivery.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR.
• Experience in Fintech, NBFC, Payment Gateway, or Lending industry.
• Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick model).
• Hands‑on experience with LMS platforms and e‑learning tools.
• Data‑driven approach to measuring training ROI.
