Learning & Development Intern

About the role

The Learning & Development Intern will support the execution of digital learning initiatives, ensuring training programs are completed on time and learners have a seamless experience. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, maintaining LMS data, and assisting in the creation and management of learning content.

Key responsibilities

• Track and follow up on completion of assigned digital learning courses and assessments, contacting employees, store teams, trainers, and regional stakeholders.
• Assist with LMS data management, including user mapping, course allocation, employee transfers, and profile corrections.
• Download, consolidate, clean, and analyse LMS completion data to prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews.
• Support basic learning‑content tasks such as proofreading, formatting, creating simple quizzes, learner communications, posters, and organizing training assets.
• Provide coordination and administrative support, maintaining trackers, attendance records, and documentation for digital learning launches and certification activities.

Required profile

• Graduate or currently pursuing graduation/post‑graduation in HR, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 0 to 1 year of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) operations.
