Learning, Development and Wellness Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, result‑oriented professional to join the M&S HR team as a Learning, Development and Wellness Executive. In this role you will coordinate and drive L&D and employee wellness initiatives that build capability, boost productivity, and enhance the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of training programs aligned with business capability needs, including need identification, logistics, content coordination and session delivery.
• Facilitate internal training logistics – nominations, scheduling, venue/virtual setup and participant communication.
• Liaise with external training partners and vendors, manage contracts and invoice processing.
• Administer feedback mechanisms, track participation, completion rates and learning impact, and provide data‑based insights for continuous improvement.
• Design and execute the annual employee wellness and engagement calendar, coordinating wellness drives, health check‑ups and assistance programs.
• Manage digital platforms (e.g., SharePoint/intranet) to publish learning and wellness content, track utilization and prepare dashboards.
• Support rollout of organization‑wide L&D and wellness initiatives, manage project timelines, deliverables and stakeholder alignment.
• Track program budgets, ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Post‑graduate qualification in HR, Psychology or Organizational Development is a plus.

Required skills

• SharePoint (or similar intranet platform) for content publishing and management.
