Learning Coordinator / Learning Sr Coordinator

About the role

The Learning Operations Team at PepsiCo is looking for a Learning Coordinator (or Senior Coordinator) to support global learning initiatives. You will manage end‑user training delivery through the SuccessFactors LMS, ensure smooth service delivery, and help improve learning processes across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the SuccessFactors LMS: upload learning calendars, maintain catalogs, monitor enrollments, assign courses, and build online assessments.
• Handle tier‑1 queries from stakeholders and employees, providing timely support.
• Manage training registration: add nominees, send invitations and reminders, track attendance, and update learning credits.
• Produce training reports, analytics, and feedback summaries for market L&D leads.
• Collaborate with L&D teams worldwide to implement process improvements and ensure consistent service delivery.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience working with Learning Management Systems or HR systems.
• University degree and knowledge of HR technologies.
• Experience working across multiple countries or sectors is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HTML.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience with SuccessFactors LMS (or similar LMS platforms).
