Learning and Development Associate

About the role

We are a fast‑growing B2B travel‑tech startup looking for a Learning and Development Associate to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that enable our sales and operations teams to excel.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and regularly update onboarding, process and sales‑enablement training content, including presentations, SOPs, playbooks and assessments.
• Plan and facilitate interactive onboarding and role‑based training sessions using case studies, role‑plays and other outcome‑driven activities.
• Partner with sales teams to identify performance gaps, create relevant training materials, and support capability building through mock calls, feedback and refresher sessions.
• Coordinate training schedules, maintain trackers and ensure all training resources are organized and easily accessible.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback surveys and continuously refine content, delivery methods and domain knowledge.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about learning and development or training roles.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a knack for creating clear, engaging content (slides, documents, guides).
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes and concepts.
• Patience for repetitive tasks such as content updates and training coordination.
