Junior Full Stack Development Trainer

About the role

DICE Academy is seeking a Junior Full Stack Development Trainer to join its Delhi campus. You will deliver practical, industry‑aligned training sessions that help students master full‑stack development concepts and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update, and deliver curriculum for full‑stack development courses.
• Conduct hands‑on demonstrations and labs to reinforce learning.
• Mentor and support students, answering queries and tracking progress.
• Assess student performance through assignments, projects, and exams.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers to continuously improve teaching methods and course content.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for effective knowledge transfer.
• Patience and clarity in mentoring students with diverse learning styles.
• Basic understanding of HR tasks related to training administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is a plus.
• Prior teaching or training experience is advantageous.

Required skills

• Knowledge of full‑stack development technologies and tools.
