Lean Coordinator – Bosch Production System

About the role

The Lean Coordinator will drive the implementation of the Bosch Production System (BPS) at our Bengaluru plant. You will work closely with production leaders and value‑stream managers to embed lean principles, improve processes, and sustain operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Coach production leaders on applying the BPS approach.
• Prepare and provide on‑site support for BPS assessments conducted by the value‑stream organization.
• Develop practical solutions for implementing BPS elements within prescribed guidelines.
• Execute clearly defined BPS‑related project tasks.
• Act as a multiplier for BPS implementation across departments.
• Partner with value‑stream leaders to develop standards, modules, and qualification programs.
• Think in value streams to simplify and accelerate processes.
• Support managers and leadership in applying BPS principles, including moderating workshops.

Required profile

• Experience as a BPS Coordinator or in a similar role driving lean system implementation.
• Proven ability to coach and influence production teams.
• Strong project execution skills within an industrial environment.
