Lead/Manager Agentic AI Engineer (Claude Code & Codex)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead or Manager, Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production‑grade AI agents capable of executing complex, multi‑step workflows through natural language interactions. The role focuses on integrating large language models, agent orchestration frameworks, Model Context Protocol tools, AI coding agents, context and harness engineering, APIs, and enterprise systems to create intelligent assistants that can reason, use tools, execute actions, and validate results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM‑powered autonomous and semi‑autonomous agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
• Engineer context and harness solutions that provide agents with task instructions, state, tool access, permissions, and validation mechanisms.
• Build and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and reusable tools to connect agents with Git, CI/CD platforms, databases, Slack, and other enterprise services.
• Implement LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation, and advanced routing for reasoning, planning, and code generation.
• Define evaluation frameworks, automated testing pipelines, and guardrails to ensure reliability, low hallucination, and business impact.
• Develop production‑grade AI services with Python and FastAPI, deploy them on cloud platforms, and ensure scalability, observability, and cost optimisation.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or Software Engineering, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Proven ability to take AI solutions from prototype to secure, scalable production deployments.
• Strong Python development skills and experience building APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex, including repository context and automated verification.
• Experience designing and integrating MCP servers, A2A workflows, and enterprise tool‑calling mechanisms.
