Lead Welding Trainer

About the role

The Jindal Stainless Fabricator Training Programme seeks a Lead Welding Trainer to deliver a 4‑hour upskilling module for experienced fabricators. You will combine theory with hands‑on sessions on stainless‑steel applications, tools, safety, and TIG welding techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for fabricators.
• Teach stainless‑steel applications, TIG welding, fabrication techniques, tools, and safety practices.
• Assess trainee learning, provide feedback, and maintain training quality standards.
• Travel to multiple training locations across Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra as required.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth programme execution.
• Prepare and maintain training reports, attendance, and assessment records.

Required profile

• Engineer or Diploma in Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or Metallurgy.
• 4‑5 years of experience as a trainer in welding, fabrication, or sheet‑metal work with stainless steel, or ORITI‑certified professional with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
