Lead Trainer - AI/ML

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior AI Trainer to lead advanced AI and Data Science learning initiatives for institutional and corporate programs near Kopargaon, Maharashtra. The role combines curriculum delivery, cohort leadership, and mentorship of junior trainers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end AI & Data Science curriculum, including labs, projects, assessments, and capstone experiences.
• Lead advanced technical cohorts covering Deep Learning, MLOps, Spark/Scala, and Predictive Analytics.
• Mentor junior trainers, monitor delivery quality, and maintain MIS reports, learner dashboards, and batch performance trackers.
• Represent the training team in stakeholder and client review meetings.
• Conduct communication, presentation, and soft‑skills sessions as needed.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or advanced analytics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering technical training.
• Professional proficiency in English; Hindi preferred; Marathi an advantage.
• Strong team‑mentoring capabilities and strategic coordination with management.
