Lead Technology Analyst – Security & Governance Lead

About the role

Airbus Aerostructures is seeking a Lead Technology Analyst to drive security and governance across its core and platform systems. You will own the end‑to‑end identity and access governance framework, ensuring the principle of least privilege and protecting sensitive aerospace data.

Key responsibilities

• Manage alignment and optimisation of identity and access governance for all business platforms.
• Design and implement SAP Security solutions across SAP ECC, Fiori and Charm.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of security and access‑management analysts.
• Create, maintain and enforce access control policies, procedures and standards in line with SOX, GDPR and Airbus security guidelines.
• Identify and remediate over‑privileged user roles, rebuilding role‑based access control (RBAC) frameworks.
• Oversee provisioning, de‑provisioning and regular access certification, ensuring segregation of duties.
• Conduct security audits, privilege assessments and compliance checks, reporting risk reduction metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of identity governance tools and processes.

Required profile

• Graduate with 9+ years of experience in SAP ECC, Fiori and Charm authorisations.
• Strong background in identity access management, access governance and GRC.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex security projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across regions.
