Lead Product Owner – Dealer Management System (DMS)

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Product Owner to drive the vision, roadmap and delivery of our Dealer Management System (DMS) platform. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams and end‑users to create scalable solutions for dealer and distribution networks.

Key responsibilities

• Own and define the product vision, roadmap and backlog for the DMS platform.
• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise the backlog based on business value, customer impact and strategic goals.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, backlog grooming and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering and QA teams to ensure high‑quality, usable feature delivery.
• Monitor product performance, collect feedback and continuously improve user experience.
• Support UAT, releases and post‑production improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 7–8 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis or product management.
• Strong domain knowledge of Dealer Management Systems in automotive or related sectors.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional and client‑facing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Writing clear user stories, business requirements documents and functional specifications.
• Dealer Management System (DMS) expertise.
• Experience with CRM, ERP integrations and Salesforce platforms.
• Basic reporting and analytics capabilities.
