Lead Product Manager – Technical (Mastercard Send)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Product Manager – Technical to drive the development of its Mastercard Send platform. You will own the product lifecycle for authentication, clearing, and billing capabilities, ensuring secure, fast, and innovative money‑transfer solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and management of platform capabilities for Send authentication, clearing, and billing.
• Define business and functional requirements, create documentation, and oversee training and project management for new market deployments.
• Act as the Product Knowledge Leader for Send, clearing, and billing, identifying market needs and delivering effective solutions.
• Collaborate with regional leads, customers, and internal stakeholders to shape the product roadmap and align investments with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain operational processes for platform management, customer implementations, and market roll‑outs.
• Guide cross‑functional teams through both waterfall and agile workflows, resolving issues efficiently and cost‑effectively.
