Lead Product Manager – AI Transformation

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive AI‑enabled product strategy for the Payment Performance Intelligence program. You will shape the roadmap, define technical requirements, and collaborate with data science, engineering and platform teams to deliver GenAI and analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI product roadmap, influencing strategy and investment decisions.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of AI features, from discovery through launch and post‑launch iteration.
• Identify high‑value GenAI, chatbot, predictive insight and self‑service analytics use cases.
• Translate customer needs and market inputs into user stories, technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Work daily with Data Science, Engineering and Platform teams to groom backlogs, unblock dependencies and maintain sprint velocity.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Risk, Legal, Security and Compliance to meet regulatory and responsible AI standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agile product management for analytics, data insights, AI‑enabled or financial services products.
• Ability to convert customer problems into clear requirements, user stories and measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments and managing competing priorities.
