Lead Enterprise Management Architect – Observability & AIOps

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Enterprise Management Architect to shape the design and delivery of observability and AIOps solutions across its global platform. You will guide the architecture of monitoring tools, ensure alignment with enterprise roadmaps, and work closely with delivery, engineering, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑level designs for enterprise management and observability solutions.
• Maintain technology roadmaps for EM tools, ensuring compliance with support timelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new solutions while meeting performance, scalability, security, and manageability standards.
• Identify, assess, and communicate technical risks to business and operations stakeholders.
• Evaluate and trial emerging products and technologies for future projects.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in observability and monitoring technologies for legacy, cloud, and containerised environments.
• Extensive knowledge of BMC TSOM, Patrol Agent architecture, and Interlink AIOps tools.
• Proven experience delivering complex technical designs in high‑availability settings.
• Strong analytical ability to extract integration requirements and present technical information clearly.
