Lead Associate – Instock Analyst

About the role

Myntra is seeking a Lead Associate – Instock Analyst to join its Hyperlocal Planning team. In this role you will ensure that stock availability across hyperlocal categories meets customer demand while maintaining healthy inventory levels. You will act as the bridge between demand forecasting and operational execution, using data‑driven insights to optimise supply‑chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve in‑stock rates for hyperlocal product categories.
• Align operational capacity with demand management strategies to support business growth.
• Forecast future stock requirements using historical data and market trends.
• Identify potential supply‑chain disruptions and implement risk‑mitigation measures.
• Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as SCM and Business Operations to streamline procurement and inventory workflows.

Required profile

• 2 to 7 years of experience in inventory, demand management or related e‑commerce functions.
• Proven ability to work with large data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Experience navigating complex organisational structures and managing stakeholders.
