Lead Architectural Design & Approvals – Real Estate Mixed Use

About the role

Adani Airports Holding Limited is seeking a senior leader to shape the architectural vision for its mixed‑use real‑estate and hospitality projects. The role focuses on delivering innovative, sustainable, and functional urban spaces that support the strategic goals of the airport and its surrounding developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee architectural design initiatives for hospitality‑led mixed‑use developments, business parks, and retail spaces.
• Manage the design approvals process across all development stages, coordinating statutory consultants and government agencies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate design concepts into built outcomes.
• Provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions to enhance aesthetic and functional aspects of projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture (mandatory) and preferably a Master of Architecture from a reputed institute.
• 15‑18 years of experience in architectural design for mixed‑use, hospitality, business park, and retail projects.
• Proven track record in government liaison and obtaining design approvals.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to report to senior design and project development heads.
