L&D Trainer

About the role

Expedia Group is looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Trainer to join its global TPSP team. In this role you will design, deliver, and assess training programs that support the company’s customer‑centric contact‑center operations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions for various lines of business across the TPSP platform.
• Manage both in‑person and virtual learning environments, ensuring a safe space for participants to practice new skills.
• Prepare training delivery by reviewing materials and understanding participant needs.
• Use a variety of instructional methods to meet curriculum goals and learner preferences.
• Encourage active participation, motivate learners, and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor learning outcomes and verify that training objectives are achieved.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a strong passion for talent development.
• High level of flexibility and commitment in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused setting.
• Ability to train and coach staff within a high‑volume contact‑center environment.
