About the role
We are seeking an experienced Land Acquisition & Legal Executive to lead our property acquisition initiatives in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing the full legal lifecycle of land purchases, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and coordinating with government bodies.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct land acquisition and verify title documents.
- Perform property due diligence and prepare legal documentation.
- Liaise with government departments and local authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the acquisition process.
Required profile
- Based in Ahmedabad.
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in land acquisition and real‑estate legal matters.
- Strong understanding of property and revenue laws.
- Excellent negotiation and coordination abilities.
