L1 EUC Hands & Feet Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused L1 EUC Hands & Feet Support Engineer to join our onsite IT team in India. The role involves providing first‑line technical assistance for desktops, laptops, printers and other end‑user devices while ensuring SLA compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and operating system issues on Windows and macOS.
• Perform software installations, updates, patching and manage device configuration using Intune and SCCM.
• Troubleshoot basic networking problems including Wi‑Fi, VPN, LAN, DNS and DHCP.
• Manage device lifecycle activities such as allocation, tracking, refresh and decommissioning.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including user account setup and system configuration.
• Create and maintain accurate asset inventory and technical documentation.
• Prioritise and manage support tickets, ensuring adherence to SLA targets.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 or specialised support teams when required.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of L1 IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts and remote support tools.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support processes.
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
