Kore Agent Developer

About the role

The Kore Agent Developer will design, build, and maintain AI‑driven virtual assistants on the Kore AI platform. You will work on end‑to‑end conversational solutions, integrating voice, chat, and generative AI capabilities to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Implement IVR voice chat and omnichannel bot experiences using Kore AI multichannel features.
• Develop and maintain Kore AI virtual assistants, including dialog flows, intents, and integrations.
• Integrate Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities into conversational workflows.
• Build backend services with Node.js and Python to support bot functionality.
• Connect bots to enterprise systems via REST APIs.
• Support deployments across development, QA, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, prompt engineers, QA specialists, and business analysts.
• Follow coding standards and delivery best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with prompt engineering and AI agent platforms.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex conversational solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and experience in a collaborative, cross‑functional team.
