Kitchen Support Expert

About the role

The Kitchen Support Expert provides essential assistance across hotel food‑and‑beverage areas, ensuring kitchens, employee dining rooms and related spaces remain clean, organized and ready for service. This full‑time, non‑management position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations and other tools.
• Prepare and transport fresh linen, dining ware and dishware throughout the hotel.
• Maintain spotless work areas, adhering to company safety, security and hygiene policies.
• Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Uphold a professional appearance and protect confidential company information.

Required profile

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• No prior related work experience necessary.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb.
• Willingness to follow safety training, certifications and company procedures.
