Key User – General Ledger (S/4HANA)

About the role

We are looking for a Key User (KU) specializing in General Ledger within SAP S/4HANA to support our finance transformation at Bosch’s Bangalore software center.

Key responsibilities

• Act as functional expert for General Ledger accounting in SAP S/4HANA.
• Support testing cycles including unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Validate and cleanse GL configuration, document splitting, financial statement structures and account determination during migration from R3 to S/4.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP ledger‑based accounting.
• Map and create financial statement version structures for Indian reporting requirements.
• Document processes, develop Power BI dashboards and explore automation opportunities.
• Conduct end‑user training and prepare training materials for S/4 accounting and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in SAP FI/GL or related finance functions.
• Educational qualification: Cost & Management Accountant (ICMAI), Chartered Accountant (ICAI), MBA Finance or equivalent.
• Experience in cross‑functional processes within a matrix organization.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA – General Ledger (FI) expertise.
• Proficiency in SAP FI – General Ledger Accounting.
• Power BI for dashboard development.
