About the role
We are looking for a high‑performing Key Account Manager to drive sales in the hospital and pharma sector. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹45,000 and requires an over‑achiever mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage key accounts in the assigned region.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for key clients.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and effective service delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospital Business (Pharma Sales).
- Proven track record in pharma sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts effectively.
