Key Account Manager – Institutional Vaccine Sales

About the role
The Key Account Manager will drive growth of our vaccine portfolio within institutional customers. You will work closely with hospital leadership, purchase committees and drug committees to secure product inclusion and generate demand across multiple facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and open new business opportunities for vaccine products by profiling target institutions.
- Engage with heads of departments, medical superintendents and purchase committees to advocate for product adoption.
- Coordinate tender responses, including technical bid preparation, pricing, and regulatory compliance.
- Influence procurement clauses and negotiate terms with institutional stakeholders.
- Support order execution by liaising with sales teams, distributors and key opinion leaders.
- Monitor competitor positioning and market trends to inform pricing and quotation strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in institutional or B2B sales within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong understanding of tender processes, regulatory requirements and pricing strategies.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with senior medical and administrative decision‑makers.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable sales plans.
Required skills
- Experience managing institutional tenders and bid coordination.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in preparing quotations, pricing models and business proposals.
