About the role

We are a fast‑growing e‑commerce company seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with our most important clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase account revenue.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize profit while preserving customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve client issues promptly.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to spot threats and opportunities.
• Prepare and present strategic account plans and sales reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager within the e‑commerce sector.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
