Key Account Manager – B2B SaaS & Data Solutions

About the role

DemandNXT is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to own and grow its existing B2B client portfolio. This after‑sales role focuses on building long‑term relationships, understanding client needs, and driving repeat business through upselling and cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing B2B clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross‑selling based on client requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through account growth.
• Conduct regular client follow‑ups, business reviews, and requirement discussions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and resolution of client needs.
• Maintain accurate account information and opportunities in the CRM.
• Proactively address customer concerns to improve retention and satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, Client Success, or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of managing existing accounts and generating repeat business.
• Strong understanding of upselling, cross‑selling, and client retention strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, IT services, data solutions, or technology is preferred.
• International client exposure, especially US/EMEA/APAC, is an advantage.
• Target‑oriented with strong ownership and follow‑up abilities.
