Junior Web Security Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Web Security Analyst to join our global team in Chennai. In this role you will provide first‑level technical support to customers, helping them resolve web‑related security issues and ensuring a smooth experience with our digital certificate solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support to customers via phone, email and chat, diagnosing and resolving web‑related security issues.
• Guide customers through step‑by‑step troubleshooting procedures and explain product features and best practices.
• Document all interactions, issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex cases to Level 2 or Level 3 support with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with product development and quality assurance teams to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.
