About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Technician (Level I) to join our production team. The role focuses on the operation, cleaning and maintenance of machinery while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key responsibilities
- Perform cleaning, operation and routine maintenance of assigned machines.
- Maintain GMP documentation, including equipment logbooks, physical monitoring records and housekeeping logs.
- Train and guide subordinate staff to meet organizational goals and GMP standards.
- Standardize production activities to improve efficiency and product quality.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- ITI or Diploma qualification in a related technical field.
