Junior L&D Trainer – LiDAR & AV

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Learning & Development Trainer specialized in LiDAR and autonomous‑vehicle technologies. The role will involve delivering hands‑on training on 2D/3D annotation, LiDAR data labeling, and AV system modules to internal teams and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions on 2D/3D simulation tools and LiDAR annotation workflows.
• Conduct practical workshops using autonomous‑vehicle (AV) tools and YAML scripting.
• Create and run simulation scenarios and synthetic‑data exercises for skill development.
• Teach core AV modules such as perception, planning, prediction, and control.
• Integrate Generative AI tools to automate training content and analyse data.
• Adapt training materials to different skill levels and client requirements.

Required profile

• Strong command of English with excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Experience in training, instructional design, or similar teaching roles.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver able to work with complex 3D point‑cloud data.

Required skills

• LiDAR annotation and 2D/3D simulation tools.
• YAML scripting.
• Generative AI tools for training automation.
• Programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• ROS and autonomous‑vehicle simulation environments.
