Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to translate brand objectives into compelling visual assets across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project briefs and design requirements.
• Create engaging graphics for social media, digital campaigns, website banners, emailers, and brand visibility initiatives.
• Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, standees, POSM, presentations, and advertisements.
• Assist with website design updates, UI elements, and ensure responsive, user‑friendly designs.
• Research design trends and gather references to inspire fresh concepts.
• Present design concepts and final artwork to stakeholders, incorporating feedback efficiently.
• Coordinate with printers, photographers, illustrators, agencies, and other external vendors to ensure high‑quality production.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
• Strong attention to detail, creative mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
