About the role

We are seeking a Junior Associate Web Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The role focuses on building and customizing WordPress sites, creating responsive web interfaces, and supporting backend integration tasks. You will collaborate closely with senior developers and designers to deliver high‑quality web solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and customize WordPress themes, templates, and plugins.
• Support PHP and WordPress backend integration tasks.
• Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces.
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages.
• Ensure website responsiveness, browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
• Debug and troubleshoot website and application issues.
• Follow coding standards, version control practices, and project guidelines.
• Collaborate with the development team to meet project timelines.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in web or front‑end development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.

Required skills
