Juice & CSD Production Operator (CIP & SCADA)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated operator to run our juice and carbonated soft drink (CSD) production lines at our Pathankot facility. The role involves monitoring equipment, managing clean‑in‑place (CIP) cycles, and using SCADA systems to ensure consistent product quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor juice and CSD production lines, adjusting parameters to maintain target output.
• Manage CIP processes, following documented cleaning protocols and recording sanitation data.
• Use SCADA or similar control systems to supervise plant operations and respond to alarms.
• Log production data, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, and support shift changes.
• Follow all safety, food‑safety, and regulatory procedures.

Required profile

• Experience with beverage production equipment, preferably in juice or soft‑drink lines.
• Knowledge of CIP procedures and sanitation standards in food & beverage manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SCADA or industrial control systems.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical concepts to identify issues.
• Ability to work reliably in a shift‑based, team‑oriented environment.
