Jewelry Designer – High Jewellery & Fine Jewellery

About the role

We are seeking a creative Jewelry Designer to join The House of Sunita Shekhawat’s Jaipur atelier. The role supports high‑ jewellery and fine jewellery design development, translating concepts into detailed outputs for CAD and production teams while staying aligned with global luxury trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and contribute to collection direction that reflects the brand’s modern meenakari aesthetic.
• Create detailed design drawings with accurate proportions, stone placement, and construction intent.
• Collaborate with senior designers, CAD specialists, and production staff to move designs from concept to sampling readiness.
• Support design iterations during prototyping, including corrections, refinements, and finish detailing.
• Research and monitor global jewellery trends, brand language, and new design references for inspiration.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of jewellery design experience, preferably in high jewellery or fine jewellery.
• Strong understanding of jewellery structure, gemstone placement, and practical production considerations.
• Excellent design sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑paced studio environment.
• Awareness of global luxury brands, high jewellery trends, and contemporary design concepts.

Required skills

• Hand rendering.
• Proficiency with 2D design tools.
• Experience with 3D design software such as Rhino, Matrix, or ZBrush.
