About the role

The General Services Manager will ensure the availability and optimal operation of plant and critical service equipment, maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical, safety and environmental regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality‑system activities in accordance with GMP standards.
• Verify and ensure continuous operation of water, steam, compressed air and electricity services.
• Manage personnel involved in general services.
• Oversee maintenance and operation of HVAC, chillers, steam generators, distillers and boilers.
• Design service equipment and natural‑gas distribution systems.
• Ensure compliance with environmental norms (STPS, NOM 059, FEUM).
• Supervise water‑treatment systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in maintenance and operation of industrial equipment such as HVAC, chillers, steam generators, distillers and boilers.
• Experience in personnel administration.
• Background in design of service equipment.
• Knowledge of natural‑gas distribution and relevant environmental regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
