JavaScript Web UI Developer

About the role

We are looking for a JavaScript Web UI Developer to create world‑class brand applications that deliver emotion and value to end‑users. You will work closely with product, UX, and engineering teams to continuously improve features based on usage data and user feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Define functional behavior, limitations, and acceptance tests for new capabilities.
• Design and document implementation approaches, select appropriate algorithms, frameworks, and UI patterns.
• Develop, test, and validate new functionalities, ensuring code quality meets defined metrics.
• Track usage metrics after deployment and proactively enhance performance and user experience.
• Investigate and resolve quality incidents, performing root‑cause analysis and recommending preventive actions.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, competitor products, and future development trends.

• SASS, LESS, Tailwind CSS, Element Plus
• AI prompt engineering for UI generation and Vitest for automated testing
• Component architecture with accessibility standards (WCAG, AODA)
• Performance optimization techniques such as code‑splitting, lazy‑loading, and caching
• Collaboration with designers using Figma
