Java Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

ISS STOXX is looking for a Java Full Stack Software Engineer to join its Mumbai office. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end components of a next‑generation data framework, delivering new applications, features, and enhancements while ensuring seamless integration.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based modules for the data framework.
• Implement front‑end functionality using Typescript and integrate with back‑end services.
• Collaborate with version‑control systems (Git) and follow collaborative development workflows.
• Participate in technology upgrades, experiments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate technical decisions and influence architecture within a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java with basic knowledge of Python, Typescript, and SQL.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
