Java & DSA Trainer (On-site, Bhopal)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Java and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) trainer to join our Bhopal campus. The role involves turning complex programming concepts into clear, practical lessons that prepare students for technical interviews and real‑world coding challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Java and DSA classes, covering arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs, and dynamic programming.
• Design and present real‑world coding problems that reinforce theoretical concepts.
• Build students’ problem‑solving and coding skills through live coding sessions and practice contests.
• Conduct mock interviews, coding challenges, and placement preparation workshops.
• Mentor learners from beginner level to interview‑ready status.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of professional experience in Java development and algorithmic problem solving.
• Strong grasp of core Java, OOP principles, and Java Collections framework.
• Comfortable solving and explaining coding problems live.
• Familiarity with platforms such as LeetCode, CodeChef, or HackerRank.
• Fluent in Hindi and English with excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about nurturing the next generation of tech talent.
