Java Architect - Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Java Architect to join our team immediately. You will be responsible for defining end‑to‑end architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring high‑quality, scalable solutions for large‑scale enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define architecture and design standards for Java‑based microservices.
• Lead development using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Architect APIs, distributed systems, and cloud‑native components.
• Drive performance optimisation, caching (Redis) and database design.
• Ensure test‑driven development, code quality and best practices.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required profile

• 10+ years of Java backend development experience.
• Expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and microservices architecture.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle, MongoDB, Hibernate and JPA.
• Deep knowledge of Redis, performance tuning, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with API gateways and security protocols such as OAuth2 and JWT.
• Proven leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Background in large‑scale enterprise systems.
