JaP/HSE Manager or Deputy Manager

About the role

Bosch’s Jaipur Powertrain Solutions plant is seeking a qualified professional to lead its Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) function as a Manager or Deputy Manager. The role ensures compliance with all local, national and international EHS regulations while fostering a culture of safety across the manufacturing site.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Indian EHS & ESG regulations (BRSR, CSRD, Factories Act, PESO, FIRE Licenses) and CPCB’s EPR requirements.
• Monitor updates to environmental and safety laws and integrate changes into company policies.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with HSE standards.
• Identify hazards through risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Investigate incidents, near‑misses and accidents, determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain emergency response procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate with plant leadership to promote operational excellence in safety.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HSE management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indian environmental, health and safety legislation.
• Ability to lead audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
