ITIL Change Manager – Ahmedabad

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ITIL Change Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role will plan, authorize and oversee changes across the IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Requests for Change (RFCs) – logging, validation, risk assessment and traceability.
• Classify and process standard, normal and emergency changes.
• Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB meetings.
• Plan and schedule changes to avoid conflicts and align with business needs.
• Monitor change execution, manage implementation and rollback procedures, and handle escalations.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews and drive corrective actions.
• Track and report change KPIs such as success rates and compliance.
• Integrate change activities with Incident, Problem, Release and Configuration Management processes.
• Ensure accurate CMDB updates and promote automation in change workflows.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to enforce compliance and manage risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering.
• 6–12 years of IT Operations experience, including 3–5 years in Change Management or Release roles.
• ITIL v3 Intermediate (Change / SO) or ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification (preferred).
