IT Systems Administrator – Hybrid (Vadodara)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Systems Administrator to provide day‑to‑day technical support for our Vadodara office. The role combines on‑site hardware setup with remote assistance during evening hours, ensuring smooth operation of all IT assets and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Configure laptops, desktops, peripherals and install required software for new hires.
• Handle off‑boarding tasks including asset collection, access revocation, data backup and secure device wiping.
• Provide first‑line support for hardware, printers, network connectivity, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, VPN and other business applications.
• Create, modify and remove user access for systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Canopy, QuickBooks, Payroll Relief and UltraTax.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date IT Fixed Asset Register and track software licences.
• Coordinate repairs, warranty claims and procurement with vendors.
• Install and update operating systems, security tools, antivirus and endpoint protection.
• Apply security patches, monitor IT risks and produce regular reports.
• Document SOPs for onboarding, off‑boarding, asset management and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT administration, desktop or system support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and enterprise productivity suites.
• Hands‑on attitude, good organisational skills and ability to work independently.
