IT Support Associate (L1) – Bosch

About the role

The ITS Associate provides first‑line technical support for Bosch’s IT fleet, managed print services and mobile device delivery in a Windows environment. You will be the initial point of contact, ensuring rapid issue resolution while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user requests via phone, email or ticketing system for desktops, laptops, monitors and peripherals.
• Support IT fleet management, Managed Print Services and Mobile PIM services.
• Log and track incidents and service requests accurately, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of Windows 10/11 systems, Office 365 applications, network connectivity and hardware issues.
• Educate users on simple troubleshooting steps and IT best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of hands‑on IT support experience, preferably in a Windows environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or MCSA are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Microsoft Office 365 and common productivity tools.
• End Device Management tools and remote desktop utilities.
• Ticketing system usage for incident management.
