IT Support Associate II – Operations Tech

About the role

The IT Support Associate II joins Amazon OTS IT to provide frontline technical assistance for fulfillment, sortation, logistics and last‑mile sites. You will be the first point of contact for operators, ensuring that all IT equipment runs smoothly and that issues are resolved quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment across multiple fulfillment sites, including PCs, thin clients, wireless handheld devices, zebra thermal printers, scanners and other end‑user devices.
• Manage the RMA and repair process for devices under warranty.
• Support senior engineers on daily projects and activities as directed.
• Travel to various sites within the region and adhere to safety procedures while performing work.
• Report directly to the IT manager for the fulfillment sites.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of corporate‑setting support experience with Windows, macOS or Linux operating systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, thin clients, PCs, scanners and portable handheld terminals.
• Flexibility to work a 5‑day week with rotating days off based on shift patterns.
• Willingness to travel between sites within the state/region.
