IT Support Associate II – Onsite IT Services

About the role

Amazon's Helpdesk is the first point of contact for employees facing technical issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network services. As an IT Support Associate II you will provide on‑site and remote assistance, manage hardware lifecycles, and help maintain the reliability of Amazon’s internal infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ticket‑based, walk‑up and remote Helpdesk support for a multi‑site user base.
• Coordinate with internal and external service providers to resolve support requests efficiently.
• Handle routine processes such as new‑hire onboarding, computer imaging, asset tracking, warranty support and hardware recycling.
• Develop, implement and administer procedures to ensure optimal performance of user hardware and local services.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to meet system SLAs and address production issues.
• Research, procure, evaluate and deploy new hardware and software solutions.
• Perform Windows, Mac, Linux and Chrome OS OS deployments and provide LAN troubleshooting.
