About the role

The IT Support Associate II provides comprehensive technical assistance across hardware, software, networking, and telecom environments. The role requires a solid foundation in computer systems, a willingness to adopt new technologies, and strong problem‑solving abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform network engineering, troubleshooting, and data cabling tasks.
• Manage projects and mentor Technical Support Technicians.
• Administer systems in diverse software and hardware environments.
• Handle telecom/PBX administration and root‑cause analysis for incidents.
• Support daily departmental activities and maintain documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of corporate‑setting support experience with Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot integrated computer systems and peripheral devices.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
